Yacht Management Packages

We currently offer two management packages available within The Solent area, our packages are can be fully customised to individual requirements, services added or removed as required and there is no minimum sign up term.

Essential Care Package

Designed for owners who don’t live near their boat or don’t have time to oversee maintenance.

Typical monthly fee:
From £150 (depending on yacht size and location)

Services included:

Monthly yacht inspection
Checking bilges, batteries, shore power and systems
Running engines and generators
Ventilation checks and moisture control
Supply of dehumidifier if required over winter months
Mooring line and fender checks
Weather monitoring and Storm preparation checks
Owner update report with photos

Optional extras:

Monthly deck hose down
Winch servicing
Sail removal for winter
Organising repairs with contractors

Full Yacht Management

Services included:

Everything in Basic plus:

Scheduling servicing (engine, rigging, systems)
Managing yard periods and haul outs
Arranging contractors and engineers
Obtaining quotes
Ensuring contractors meet deadlines
Pre-season commissioning
End-of-season winterisation
Organising antifouling and servicing
One yacht relocation within the Solent area from home berth to a yard for work and return to home berth

Refit And Project Management

Major maintenance periods and refit projects can quickly become complex, involving multiple contractors, tight schedules and significant investment. Oceantrax provides professional project and yacht refit management to ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely and to the highest standard.

Acting as your representative throughout the process, we oversee every stage of the refit — from initial planning through to final sea trials — ensuring your yacht receives the attention and expertise it deserves.

Our services include

Develop project plans, schedules, and work scopes
Coordinate yard labour, subcontractors, and suppliers
Source and procure materials and equipment required for projects
Monitor project progress, deadlines, timelines, and budgets
Maintain accurate job records and project documentation
Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

Ensure the best quality contractors are used for tasks
Provide reports to the vessel owner on progress and completed work
Test and commission new systems fitted and carry out sea trails if required

Refit management is priced on each individual request and is dependant on the size of project, type of vessel and location.
